Policies

Visa Requirements, Customs, and Entry
If you require a visa to enter the United States, please check with your local American Embassy or Consulate to obtain the necessary documents. Please allow sufficient time to ensure these documents are received by your scheduled travel date.

Cancellation Policy
Neither refunds nor credits will be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. International Congress Foundation and their agents are not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation. In the event that International Congress XXII is abbreviated or canceled by fire, explosion, strike, freight embargo, epidemic, catastrophe, act of God, or the act of a public enemy, including, but not limited to, an act of any government, de jure or de facto or agency of official thereof, the International Congress Foundation and their agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate the conference. In such cases, the registrant hereby agrees to waive any claim he, she, or it may have against the International Congress Foundation and their agents for damages or compensation, including but not limited to fees for registration, accommodation, airfare, and incidental charges.

Special Needs
Arizona Heart Institute and International Congress Foundation fully comply with the legal requirements of the ADA and the rules and regulations thereof. Attendees with special needs (e.g., special diet, handicap access, hearing impaired) should indicate this when registering for the conference, and notify the hotel when making a reservation. Attendees requiring any kind of auxiliary aid should indicate this when registering for the conference and making hotel reservations so that such arrangements can be made on their behalf.
